How to instal bearings/bushings in an mp5 airsoft gun?

I got a JG MOD5 A4 RIS airsoft gun off of evike.com for around $155. I heard it came with plastic bearings/bushings and i want to know how to replace them with metal ones. I have Matrix 7mm CNC Precision Steel Grooved Bearings/Bushings, that i also got off evike for $15. I would love to know how to replce the plasctic ones with metal ones, and if i have the right size.
