My White Sapphire Engagement Ring is yellow!?

My fiancé bought it from Zales. He paid a good amount for it (I was there). It's a Lab Created white sapphire ring in Sterling Silver. It has a large stone, and a bunch of smaller stones. When we got it, they looked just like diamonds. Now, three months later, thy have turned a yellow color. I have used jewelry cleaner, and had a professional steam clean it, but it's still yellow! I went in a different store to buy two white Sapphire Bands to wear as my wedding band, and they said that they tarnish. Will toothpaste or sonething remove it? How do I clean it? Thanks in advance!
