Prostrate cancer- affecting the prostrate gland in men. Endometrial cancer- affecting the uterus. Esophageal cancer- affecting the esophagus. Renal cell cancer, the cancer of the kidney, etc.

Respiratory problems: - Obesity causes lungs to "become smaller" in size and chest wall become heavier to lift in the process of breathing in. The most common respiratory problem is sleep apnea. Sleep apnea is a condition where by an individual stops breathing for some time while asleep. A soft tissue in the throat collapses around the air way probably due to weight, blocking it. For the severely obese sleep apnea may get more complicated with hypoventilation. Hypoventilation is accumulation of toxic levels of carbon dioxide (the gas we breathe out) in the blood, due to inadequate breathing. Why does everyone think Fedor is the best mma heavy weight?

Fedor himself says he's not the best in the world? I respect Fedor for what he has done for mma, but I still believe that the top heavy weight is Randy Coutre.

I'm not an idiot I follow MMA and I know the answer to this question. I'd like to know what everybody thinks?

if you knew the answer you would not ask

you are wrong about this as well. fedor has beaten better opposition than any other fighter in the world. if you actually did watch fedor fight you would realize he is the greatest of all time. and i know exactly which interview you talk about where fedor says he doesn't feel he is the best. but if you did actually know fedor, or seen other interviews of him you will see he is a very modest guy.

is it disappointing that he didn't sign to the ufc?-yes
does it take away from his skill set?-no

he is the greatest hw in the world, and anyone who disagrees is either ignorant, or just plain naive. go ahead and give the 10 points to someone who comes on here with the simple statement, "fedor sux", but if you truly are as big a fan as you claim to be you will realize you are wrong.
