Who's the best tattoist in UK to help me work out a design for a rework/cover up of a large black tattoo???

I have a large celtic/Tribal Design on my arm, I don't regret having it done, this was about 10 years ago. It's just it's not really me, If I had my arm fresh again I would have something totally different. I still love tattoos so I don't mind that to change it, it would have to be much bigger. I want it to be more feminine and detailed, perhaps with a bit of colour in it, I have some ideas but I need to know where the best place to go is.

Please help, any great artists out there who would help me with the design, please get in touch.

There are plenty of amazing UK tattooists that do cover-up work, so you should be pretty much spoiled for choice. You should really be looking based on the genre of art that you are interested in and then consult with your chosen artist on what needs covering up.
