dealing with ugly days?
how do you deal with ugly days?
lately i've had a look in the mirror and look at the major break outs i have and rememeber (and miss) the days where i used to get commented on my lovely skin. i can handle bad hair days (hat ,band, braid....get it up and out of the way)
i dont like wearing make up but just looking at my skin and then the rest of me makes me feel a bit down,
any suggestions on what i can do?
Lol! Two things to fix this problem! One, move to Sydney where people wont comment on the state of your skin, especially as most of these people are STRANGERS! (No chance of that in the G spot!) and two, my trick, try not to look in the mirror! If i am lucky enough to match my bad skin with an equally bad mood, i can manage to walk out of the house looking like the wicked witch of the west, but being crabby, i REALLY dont care! Lol! Sounds stupid, but i can get through by completely not letting my self care. Stuff my skin and stuff anyone who thinks i look crap! But as far as real advice goes, smile about it! Sometimes you just have to use things to your advantage and laugh about the pimple/pigmentation/sunburn etc etc. I must be the opposite of you there as i can easily not care about how my face looks, but CANNOT handle a bad hair day! Its the end of the world then! Lol!
