Is a .5 Carat Diamond engagement ring too small?

I just bought an engagement ring for my girlfriend. It is a .26 center stone Princess Cut. With a .18 baguette stones on each side. She wears a 6.25 ring. I'm wondering if it is too small. I bought the ring online from the Jewelers website instead of going into the store because she would be wondering where I was. In the pictures it looked bigger then when I recieved it it looks alittle small. Let me know what you think.
