Who are reputable Cavalier King Charles Spaniel breeders in OHIO?
I want to acquire a Cavalier puppy in the next 6 months, however I refuse to support the puppymill system!!!
Are there rescue agencies in Ohio for this breed of dog? Are there any pet stores that are reputable? When pet stores claim the puppy is AKC or ACA certified, how is this possible if they are puppymill puppies!?
I don't care about the price, and if possible I would rescue in a hear beat. However, I am set on this particular breed.
